Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 3–7 business days for domestic delivery after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Med K Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before completing their purchase.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.
